What is an SAP Business One add-on?
An add-on is a program that extends SAP Business One with new screens, fields or logic. It is built with the SAP B1 SDK (DI API and UI API) or on top of the Service Layer, and runs inside or alongside the SAP B1 client without changing SAP’s core code.
Should I use DI API or Service Layer?
Use the Service Layer for new integrations, web and mobile apps, and anything on SAP HANA, because it is REST-based and scales better. DI API is still useful for desktop add-ons and some legacy scenarios on SQL Server. We help you choose per use case.
Do you work with SAP partners (white-label)?
Yes. We regularly work behind SAP Business One partners as their development team, under their brand, with clear specs, code handover and support.
Do you support both SQL Server and SAP HANA?
Yes. We write and convert queries, stored procedures and reports for both Microsoft SQL Server and SAP HANA versions of SAP Business One.
What happens after go-live?
Every project includes 3 months of free post-go-live support for fixes and small adjustments, then optional monthly support.
