QUT1 table in SAP Business One (Sales Quotation (rows))
QUT1 is the SAP Business One table that stores the rows of a sales quotation: one row per item or service quoted, with quantity, price, discount, row total and the target document the row was copied to. It joins to the header OQUT on DocEntry.
QUT1 key fields
| Field | What it holds |

LineNum | Row number. |
ItemCode | Item. Joins to OITM.ItemCode. |
Dscription | Item or service description. |
Quantity | Quantity quoted. |
OpenQty | Remaining open quantity. |
Price / PriceBefDi | Price after and before the row discount. |
DiscPrcnt | Discount % of the row. |
LineTotal | Row total. |
LineStatus | O = open, C = closed. |
TargetType | Target document: 17 = sales order, 15 = delivery, 13 = A/R invoice, 203 = A/R down payment. |
TrgetEntry | DocEntry of the target document. |
WhsCode | Warehouse. Joins to OWHS.WhsCode. |
How QUT1 relates to other tables
QUT1 rows belong to one OQUT header (DocEntry). TargetType and TrgetEntry point forward to the document a row was copied to; LineStatus C and OpenQty 0 mean the row is fully copied or closed.
Common joins
QUT1 T0 INNER JOIN OQUT T1 ON T1.DocEntry = T0.DocEntry (header)QUT1 T0 LEFT JOIN ORDR T2 ON T2.DocEntry = T0.TrgetEntry AND T0.TargetType = 17 (sales order)QUT1 T0 INNER JOIN OITM T3 ON T3.ItemCode = T0.ItemCode (item master)
When you use the QUT1 table
Use QUT1 for quote-to-order conversion per item or customer, for open quoted quantity per item, and to compare quoted prices with order prices.
Example query: quotation rows and the sales order they were copied to
SQL Server
SELECT T1.DocNum AS QuoteNum, T1.CardCode, T0.ItemCode, T0.Quantity, T0.LineTotal, T2.DocNum AS OrderNum FROM QUT1 T0 INNER JOIN OQUT T1 ON T1.DocEntry = T0.DocEntry LEFT JOIN ORDR T2 ON T2.DocEntry = T0.TrgetEntry AND T0.TargetType = 17 WHERE T1.CANCELED = 'N' ORDER BY T1.DocNum, T0.LineNum
SAP HANA (column names in double quotes)
SELECT T1."DocNum" AS "QuoteNum", T1."CardCode", T0."ItemCode", T0."Quantity", T0."LineTotal", T2."DocNum" AS "OrderNum" FROM QUT1 T0 INNER JOIN OQUT T1 ON T1."DocEntry" = T0."DocEntry" LEFT JOIN ORDR T2 ON T2."DocEntry" = T0."TrgetEntry" AND T0."TargetType" = 17 WHERE T1."CANCELED" = 'N' ORDER BY T1."DocNum", T0."LineNum"
Paste either version in Tools → Queries → Query Generator. Need the other dialect for your own query? Use the SQL to HANA converter.
Common pitfall: LineTotal ignores the header discount
QUT1.LineTotal is the row total before the document discount on OQUT (DiscPrcnt), so a quotation value summed from the rows can be too high. Apply the header discount, or use OQUT.DocTotal for the whole quotation. See RDR1 table (sales order rows).

What is OpenQty in QUT1?
The quantity of the row that has not been copied to a target document yet.
Does QUT1.LineTotal include the document discount?
