Enter the delays
Months without an ASP or a working system, late invoices and credit notes per month, and days of late notifications.
See each fine
Every penalty is calculated with its own rule and monthly cap from Cabinet Decision No. 106 of 2025.
Compare the cost
Use the total to decide how fast to fix the gap. A delay of a few months often costs more than the integration.
Questions about this tool
What is the penalty for not appointing an ASP in time?

What is the fine for a late e-invoice?
AED 100 for each e-invoice or e-credit note not issued or transmitted in time, capped at AED 5,000 per calendar month for each type.

You must tell the FTA about the failure in time. Late notification costs AED 1,000 for each day of delay. Late updates of your registered data to your ASP also cost AED 1,000 per day.
Do penalties apply during the pilot?
No. Penalties apply only after your group’s mandatory date. Voluntary pilot participants are not exposed to them.
Is this calculation legal advice?
No. It is an estimate based on the published penalty table. The FTA decides the actual penalty in each case, so check with your tax adviser.
